Let me introduce myself. I am RIM FM 100.1

I BROADCAST ON THE FREQUENCY OF 100 MHz and in  STEREO, pretty impressive eh!

But let me tell you something

I was incorporated on 3rd May 2000 and born on the 17th March 2001 in the cosy little town of Boonah in S.E. Queensland. Along with my dedicated band of followers, I have moved forward in leaps and bounds, 

I am a young forward thinking radio station, and rely on input from people who want me to achieve greatness.

BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM.

I NEED HELP.

I need Presenters

I need helpers

I need workers

I need Sponsors

I need you

I can't do everything on my own.

I will keep you informed on what has happened and will happen within the community.

 I was also born to entertain .

 So come on lets PARTY.

You organise the party because that's your job, I will do what I do best and that's play the music of your choice, any genre, everything from soothing dinner music, to music that is sometimes wild and way out there.

Now my Techo Jim (who is a great bloke, by the way) is making me computerised. Hey fancy that ME a computerised masterpiece , a Genius in my own right, or at least a legend in my own stored memory cells that will stand the test of time. Oh yeah, JIM, he spends many precious hours working with me to make sure I am the best in the business and I stay that way.

As I was saying, Jim the Techo can replace and rebuild me everytime I feel tired and worn out, He can do wonders like no other, blown circuits and wiring (a million miles of that stuff) no problem!

Who  Are We?

WE ARE A GROUP OF PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE.

Among us are professional trades people, electricians, school teachers, plumbers, builders. business people  and others who have retired, physically and/or mentally challenged persons, and other folks who are just looking to fill in an hour or two every week, while the wife's shopping, while the husband's off playing golf, or their partner's are at work or even waiting for the children to be freed from school.

You do not even need a reason, just for the sheer fun of it will do.

We welcome everybody who wishes to train as a Presenter and help us to keep our station running 24/7.
